The 2021 product line of Casey Corp Defense features exciting breakthroughs in Micro Computer Weapons for the Department of Defense in the "Micro Computer Integrated Rifle" (MCIR-RTA Deluxe Edition) and (MCIR-UAS VDL/SA Base Edition). In the civilian market, the CCD research team has developed the most sophisticated heat sink design in the world boasting 50% more surface area than similar size passive heatsinks and promoted air turbulence design for cooling in the "Next Gen W.A.V.E Heatsink". Samples of the "Next Gen W.A.V.E Heatsink" are now available to the public in various sample sizes and also can be custom made to any customer dimensions requested.
MANUFACTURING PROCESS
Casey Corp Defense manufactures products on advanced additive manufacturing or 3D printing systems utilizing Continuous Fiber Reinforcement (CFR). Casey Corp Defense systems used are capable of 3D printing polymer materials such as Micro-Carbon filled Nylon, Nylon, Carbon Fiber, Fiberglass, HSHT Fiberglass and Kevlar. The Team's systems used are capable of 3D printing metal materials such as 17-4 PH Stainless Steel, Copper, Inconel 625, H13 Tool Steel, A2 Tool Steel and D2 Tool Steel. Custom materials in both polymer and metal form can be used for manufacture in custom cases.
